Job Description
Are you ready to build a career in high-stakes commercial real estate investment sales? This is an entry-level position designed as a two-year intensive training program to prepare you for success as a commercial real estate broker.
What We Do:
• No leasing or property management. Our focus is exclusively on investment sales, with deal sizes exceeding $10 million.
• We work with institutional investors and a growing base of high-net-worth private investors.
Success in this field demands exceptional skill, dedication, and sacrifice. This program will teach you the expertise required to thrive, but it takes time and effort to reach top earning potential. Brokers who commit to this career can realistically achieve seven-figure earnings within five years.
What We’re Looking For:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS required).
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to analyze financial statements to master underwriting techniques.
• Work Ethic: Must commit to 40 hours per week and thrive in a competitive, results-driven environment.
• Resilience: Be prepared to fail and learn from your experiences as you grow.
• Effort: Willing to make 400 calls per week and attend 2–5 client meetings weekly.
• Licensing: A real estate license is not required to apply but must be obtained within 30 days of hire (only one attempt allowed to pass the state exam).
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position. Expect 8 to 18 months before closing your first deal and receiving payment. Candidates must have the financial means to support themselves during this period.
