Role Overview: Are you an energetic and goal-oriented individual with a passion for real estate? We are seeking a Full-Time Telemarketer to help drive our acquisition strategy. You will focus on cold-calling property owners across various asset classes, building relationships, and maintaining a robust database of leads. If a seller decides not to sell directly to us, you’ll also present our brokerage services as a viable solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to property owners across all asset classes of real estate.
- Establish relationships with potential sellers and qualify their interest in selling properties.
- Present acquisition opportunities or real estate brokerage solutions based on the seller's needs.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of leads, ensuring timely and consistent follow-up.
- Collaborate with the acquisition and brokerage teams to streamline processes and deliver results.
- Meet or exceed call quotas and lead conversion metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport over the phone.
- A results-driven mindset with previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of real estate and asset classes is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
- Proficiency in maintaining and managing a CRM or database for lead tracking.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
