Responsibilities
Agent Retention
- Communicate effectively with agents and clients in a positive and professional manner
- Assist with agent onboarding, providing education and training on CB systems and tools
- Organize events and promote company-sponsored activities during business hours
Transaction Management
- Process commission deposits and ensure timely documentation
- Assist agents with contract compliance and transaction dashboard upkeep
Operations
- Maintain the office's physical appearance and equipment
- Perform receptionist and administrative duties, including phone answering and mail distribution
- Update and maintain office information and agent contact details
Marketing
- Support agents with marketing services ordering
- Collaborate with the marketing department for additional agent services and content
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in customer service; real estate experience an asset
- Possess a positive attitude, integrity, and passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to multitask with high attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications
