Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, located in Bayville, NJ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting property showings, negotiating sales agreements, and providing expert market advice. The Salesperson will also need to keep up to date with property listings, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, real estate, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Ocean County, NJ
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
