Full Job Description
Coldwell Banker Island Vacations is a premier vacation rental management company looking for an experienced maintenance technician to service our properties from Makena to Maalaea. Because it is a hospitality setting, we are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to provide the best possible experience for our owners and guests. Background in hotel or vacation rental maintenance is preferred. Appliance/HVAC knowledge/experience is a plus.
Job duties include, but not limited to:
· Perform routine maintenance and repairs, related to appliance, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and painting.
· Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. Complete work orders as assigned.
· Possess a high level of diplomacy and tact in dealing with a variety of guests, owners, and employees under stressful situations.
· Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.

- Some heavy lifting will be required.
- Reside on Maui.
