Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Broker & Relocation Specialist. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as brokerage services, real estate transactions, customer service, sales activities, and managing real property. The Real Estate Broker & Relocation Specialist will be responsible for facilitating smooth real estate transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The Broker will be working directly with numerous corporate relocation and partner program clients and must keep current on any necessary certifications. Qualifications
- At least two years as licensed real estate Broker
- Must have closed at least 10 properties successfully in the past 12 months
- Brokerage and Real Estate skills
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Knowledge of real property management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in real estate transactions and relocation services
- State real estate license or certification
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
