Real Estate Operations Manager
Job Summary
The Real Estate Operations Manager oversees daily operational functions, staff management, and process optimization for the brokerage. This role ensures operational excellence through effective HR management, financial reporting, and strategic communication while supporting company growth objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide direct oversight and management of administrative and operations staff
- Implement, monitor, and optimize internal processes for transaction management
- Handle HR responsibilities including benefits administration, performance reviews, hiring/firing, and disciplinary actions
- Track and improve operational KPIs to maximize efficiency in alignment with growth objectives
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, manage operational budgets, and ensure financial compliance
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies between departments, agents, and management
- Standardize operational procedures and ensure compliance with real estate regulations
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve productivity
Qualifications
- Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in real estate operations or brokerage management
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and staff management experience
- Strong knowledge of real estate transaction processes and compliance requirements
- Experience with CRM systems and transaction management software
- Excellent analytical skills with financial reporting aptitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Real estate license preferred but not required
