Details: Full Time; Outside Sales

Pay Structure: Commission

Requirements:

• Active Commercial Real Estate License.
• 2 Years of Commercial Real Estate Practice
• Reliable transportation
• Interest in Outside/Inside sales
• College degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective marketing strategies for properties.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Manage property listings and maintain organized records of transactions and communications.
• Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele effectively.
