Closing Agent/Escrow Officer
Job Type: Full-Time
Location:
Primarily based out of NEW Title’s offices in Appleton or Green Bay office, depending
applicant’s location
Travel will be required to complete closing at surrounding markets as needed.
General Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Schedule will periodically fall outside these hours based on
volume, closing schedule, etc.
Job Duties:
Perform seller and buyer closings transactions associated with purchase and refinance
real estate transactions.
Preparation of documents for the seller side and buyer side signing of the transaction.
Coordinate with lender to prepare closing disclosures, confirming funding amounts, and
disbursing funds post closing.
Must work as a team with staff, not only in the Appleton/Green Bay market, but also
across NEW Title Services’ locations throughout Wisconsin.
Must have a positive attitude, great customer service in person, on the phone, and in
written correspondence.
Must have a knack for technology.
Must pay attention to detail, be organized, and have the ability to multi-task.
Required Work Experience:
Previous experience in the title industry, or related field, is highly preferred, but not
required.
Education Requirements/Preferences
High School diploma required
College degree in a related field (not required, but preferred)
Licensed Notary (can be obtained upon time of hire)
