Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Miami Beach, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties. Duties include conducting property showings, negotiating transactions, generating leads, providing customer service, and maintaining knowledge of current market conditions and real property.
Qualifications
- Possession of a Real Estate License
- Customer Service, Sales, and Real Estate experience
- Knowledge of Real Property
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the Miami real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous, but not required
