Overview
Seeking a Real Estate Assistant to assist a high-performing, luxury Real Estate Agent. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to support a top-producing Agent while developing your skills in Real Estate, client management, organization, and marketing.
Duties
Real Estate Support:
- Review client files with extreme accuracy, including contracts, disclosures, and transaction records.
Marketing Support:
- Generate marketing campaigns, social media posts, and branding efforts.
- Work with marketing templates to create listing marketing campaigns.
Client Communication & Support:
- Provide a warm and professional experience for clients.
- Address client inquiries.
- Help foster lasting relationships with clients through thoughtful follow-ups and personalized touches.
Skills
- Highly Organized: You excel at managing multiple priorities and never let important details slip through the cracks.
- Personable and Professional: You’re comfortable interacting with a wide range of clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs, Microsoft Office, and communication tools is essential; experience with Canva, social media platforms, or similar tools is a plus.
- Proactive: You take initiative, anticipate needs, and solve problems independently.
- Detail-Oriented: You ensure tasks are completed to a high standard of quality, even under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous administrative work
- Real estate license is a bonus but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
