Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer located in Miami, FL. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visuals, designing marketing collateral, developing branding elements, and working on typography for various projects for a top real estate team.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Design and implement comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plans covering social media, digital and print advertising, and exclusive events.
- Creative Design & Branding: Develop high-quality marketing materials, including property brochures, email campaigns, listing presentations, and video content, ensuring cohesive branding across all platforms.
- Lead Generation Campaigns: Innovate and execute digital campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and SEO to attract qualified leads for agents.
- Content Creation & Direction: Oversee the production of captivating photography, videography, and copy that elevates our listings and reinforces our luxury market dominance.
Qualifications
- 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in luxury real estate or similar high-end industries.
- Expertise in luxury branding and understanding of high-net-worth client expectations.
- Proven success in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a background in public relations or creative writing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Strong leadership abilities with a passion for creativity and innovation.
