Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to a real estate broker, including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Assist with marketing efforts, such as creating flyers, managing social media posts, and coordinating online listings.
- Maintain and organize transaction files and digital records to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other real estate professionals in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the broker’s calendar and appointments, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Prepare and edit reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Work independently while collaborating closely with the broker to ensure smooth workflow.
- Proficiency in Office 365 applications (or equivalent), including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools, with a willingness to learn new systems.
- A professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Previous experience working within a real estate firm (licensed or unlicensed), title company, mortgage company, or other real estate-related operation is preferred.
- Familiarity with MLS platforms, DocuSign, and CRM systems is beneficial.
- A real estate license or interest in obtaining one is beneficial, but not required.
