Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative with a passion for cold calling and out-of-the-box thinking to generate leads and secure appointments. This role requires a self-starter who thrives on challenges, excels in communication, and has the tenacity to open doors and close deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling Extraordinaire: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, uncover opportunities, and secure appointments with decision-makers.
- Creative Lead Generation: Think outside the box to identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Build rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and position Coldwell Solar as the ideal energy partner.
- Lead Nurturing: Follow up diligently on warm leads and foster relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- CRM Mastery: Accurately track activities, leads, and progress in a CRM system (HubSpot experience a plus).
- Sales Reporting: Regularly report on activities, lead status, and performance metrics to meet and exceed weekly and monthly goals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our offerings and the renewable energy industry to provide top-notch solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Cold Calling Champion: You have the confidence and perseverance to pick up the phone and turn cold calls into warm leads.
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales or lead generation.
- Creative Problem-Solver: You’re resourceful and excel at finding innovative ways to reach potential customers.
- Communication Pro: Stellar verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Drive to Succeed: You’re goal-oriented, self-motivated, and thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Remote Ready: Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying accountable and productive.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in renewable energy is a plus, but not required.

Location Requirement:
This position is fully remote, but candidates must reside in California to be considered.
