Position Overview
We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our high-performance operations team. In this role, you'll be the key connection between our warehouses, transportation partners, and solar installation sites, ensuring that materials get where they need to go—on time and on budget. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily scheduling and coordination of shipments from distribution centers to solar job sites across California.
- Adjust delivery schedules in real time based on evolving construction timelines and field team needs.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with warehouse teams, site leads, and third-party transport carriers.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues, minimize disruptions, and escalate critical delays when needed.
- Maintain and update shipment records, tracking logs, and delivery performance reports.
- Help design and optimize logistics processes to support Coldwell Solar’s expansion into new markets.
- Support general operations tasks to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or shipping—experience in solar or construction preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills; thrives under pressure and adapts quickly.
- Working knowledge of LTL/FTL shipping, warehouse coordination, and logistics software/platforms.
- Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus Points For
- Previous experience coordinating logistics for solar energy projects.
- Knowledge of solar equipment and its handling requirements.
