Paid training on best practices to provide professional window cleaning estimates to prospects. You’ll gain hands-on experience that will help you for years to come with the guidance of a mentor and other members of our team. Estimate Writer Duties and Responsibilities
• Territory will include Tampa, Brandon, Valrico, Riverview, Apollo Beach
• Goal of at least 20 estimates a day
• Goal of at least 20 estimates a day
• Learn the ins and outs of cold call selling - estimate writing
• Set and achieve goals - weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Learn and apply sales techniques
Requirements
• Strong self-motivation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have a working mobile smartphone
• Valid driver’s license, valid car insurance and reliable transportation

Compensation: $3 per valid estimate submitted (average weekly pay is $300 for 2-3 hours of estimating a day)

Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
