Position Overview:
As a Sales and Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales process from initial client contact through project completion. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting our mission to provide top-quality countertop solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing expert guidance on countertop selection and kitchen designs.
- Manage the sales process, including generating quotes, processing orders, and coordinating installation schedules.
- Collaborate with the fabrication and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Attend client meetings and design consultations to present ideas and solutions effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales and project management, preferably in the kitchen design or countertop industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen designs, countertop materials, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer software related to sales tracking, project management, and design visualization.
