Position Overview: Job Summary: Deputy senior software architect and senior software developer, collaborating with the program software architect, in a large team that is responsible for providing state of the art complex modeling and simulation software capabilities and web-based user interface capabilities for a next generation collective training software system.
Essential Job Functions: Design and develop capabilities as part of an agile development team for a next generation training system. Document designs that are essential in sharing architectural understanding across the program. Work independently, or with other senior developers and architects, to absorb a large codebase consists of Angular, TypeScript, Java, C and NodeJS. Architect software to operate in a containerized environment across multiple systems.
Required Experience/Qualifications
In accordance with the specifications of a government contract, eligibility for this position mandates U.S. Citizenship status and a Secret security clearance. The precise security clearance requisites will be detailed in the Government's Task Order.
Some travel may be required for this position.
This is an in-office position with ability for intermittent remote work.

Required Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 12 years software development experience in Angular, TypeScript, C , Java, and NodeJS.
- Experience with NoSQL or SQL databases.
- Experience with the Atlassian suite of tools including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo required.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience with Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker, S3, Kafka, Grafana, Prometheus
- Ansible Experience with AWS and/or Azure, a plus.
- Experience with Nexus, Harbor, Maven, Gradle, a plus.
- Experience with CesiumJS library or similar 3D toolset, a plus.
- Must have experience working both independently and as a member of a software development team.
