Position Overview :
Candidate will provide comprehensive hardware / software support at our Help Desk and Integration Lab, while also conducting Site Surveys for the U.S. Army's Reconfigurable Virtual Collective Trainer (RVCT) Program. This role includes a range of technical maintenance tasks to ensure the seamless functioning and deployment of the U.S. Army's RVCT devices.
Required Experience / Qualifications :
Lab Tech :
- Capable of lifting heavy objects and working with hand tools.
- Support lab test events with transportation, system set up, tear down and diagnostics of necessary systems
- Conduct Start Up and Power Down sequences using known best practices and proprietary diagnostics tools.
- Conduct routine PMCS, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance.
- Maintain up-to-date lab inventory and other relative logistics tasks.
- Conduct troubleshooting of integration and development systems enacting repairs in real time.
- Ability to precisely collect, report, preserve data in real time while enacting repairs.
- Travel to various locations as sole technician during demonstrations and customer events.

In accordance with the specifications of a government contract, eligibility for this position mandates U.S. Citizenship status and a Secret security clearance. The precise security clearance requisites will be detailed in the Government's Task Order.
Candidate must be willing to travel as required (up to 50%) both domestically and internationally.
