Job Summary : The Technical Course Developer (TCD) is a critical part of the team responsible for training a diverse DoD audience of range engineers on how to operate the world's largest cyber range, the Persistent Cyber Range Environment (PCTE). As the TCD, you'll use your technical skills, creativity, and experience to collect, manage, and publish instructional material content, and recommend courseware solutions that align and support the customer needs and contractual content development requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Create, update, and maintain technical training materials, courses, and curriculum for PCTE users.
- Develop curriculum using multiple synchronous and asynchronous training modalities, including instructor-led, micro-learning, blended learning, and self-paced.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including government personnel and contractors, to gather requirements and ensure training materials align with mission and PCTE platform needs.
- Write clear and concise technical documentation that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop rapid and agile techniques and processes to create content for a frequently changing environment.
- Use a variety of tools and technologies to create and deliver technical documentation.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to incorporate relevant training methodologies and tools into the training curriculum.
- Assess and evaluate course effectiveness through survey data analysis.
- Lead the development and implementation of new learning models and content design templates.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives from analysis to evaluation.
