Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior NetOps System Administrator at the Joint Cyber Training Enterprise (JCTE) who will contribute subject matter expertise to enhance network / system stability and analytics, while advancing NetOps maturity. The successful candidate will be proficient across a wide range of IT and cybersecurity products, tools, architectures, and implementations, utilizing this expertise to provide detailed reporting and monitoring of system resource utilization for individual and large-scale collective training. Collaboration with customers and third-party organizations is crucial, and the candidate should be adept at responding to ad-hoc technical requirements while managing priorities across the enterprise. The ability to thrive in high-pressure situations is essential.
The position is full time on-site in Fort Meade, MD. The position is full time on-site in Fort Meade, MD. As our NetOps floor operates 24x7, we have availability on multiple shifts on weekdays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day network performance monitoring.
- Collect & analyze metrics and trending data, develops data standards, policies, and procedures.
- Analyzes data sources, assesses validity, and provides actionable recommendations.

Salary Range
Based on the roles, responsibilities, and requirements, the projected pay range for this position is : $118,000 - $148,000.
The annual base salary provided is a guideline for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. When extending an offer, CESI also considers other variables such as (but not limited to) work experience, education, training, skill set, internal peer equity, clearance level, and market conditions. In addition, CESI provides an extensive selection of benefits and offerings to our employees.
