Total Compensation Potential For This Occupational Therapy Position Is
OTR = $60/hour ($15/unit) and $10/eval
COTA = $50/hour ($12.5 unit)
Location: 9307 Bridgeport Way SW, Lakewood, WA 98499
Schedule: flexible but need evenings

- 1 years in pediatrics
- Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy preferred but not mandatory
- Washington State license in Occupational Therapy
- OTR or COTA
- Passion for changing the lives of others
Salary : $10 - $60
