Total Compensation Potential for this Physical Therapy Position is :
OTR = $80 / hour ($20 / unit) and $150 / eval (this is a 12 week need to cover a maternity leave)
Location : 22122 20th Avenue SE, Suite H-158, Bothell,WA 98021
Schedule : Tuesday-Friday 1pm-7pm
