Cole Landscaping is growing, and we are looking for a Fine Garden Care worker to join our team. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about their work and are dedicated to achieving success.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include planting, watering, weeding, and maintaining the overall appearance of the garden. Knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements is essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial. Previous experience in garden care or landscaping is preferred. If you have a green thumb and love working outdoors, we would love to hear from you!

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain garden landscape beds
• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs.
• Weed and detail garden beds
• Prune and trim plants for optimal growth
• Provide seasonal clean-up and maintenance in season
• Monitor for plant issues and pests
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Assisting with planting new flowers or shrubs
• Keeping garden tools and equipment organized and maintained

Growth Opportunities

Currently we provide fine garden care and we are looking to grow the area and looking for an ideal person that will be willing to be trained and growth mindset.

• Manage a team of three FGC Members
• Upsells on current clients
• Holiday and Seasonal Displays

Requirements

• A winning attitude that is Team Goal Focused!
• Aspire Software a great asset although not needed and will train.
• Exceptional organization skills and flawless follow through.
• Ability to juggle tasks and manage workflow and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of proper set up and installation practices
• Knowledge in techniques for measuring, calculating material i.e. soils, stone.
• Great communication and listening skills.
• A positive and energetic personality to fit with our growing business and team
• Clean, neat and professional appearance. Works well in a team-oriented environment
