Cole Papers, a respected and long-standing family-owned company, is seeking a Class A CDL Relief driver.
Here is how a Class A Relief Driver contributes to our team:
As a relief driver you will be trained on all routes to cover vacations and time off needs. Other duties include city route delivery and some work in the warehouse.
Compensation:
- $27-29 per hour starting.
- 3 reviews in the first twelve months then annually
- 2 company sponsored retirement plans.
- Overtime as need/approved
- Hourly GainShare in good months. ($1,150 paid to each FT hourly staff in 2024)
Requirements:
- Class A CDL Required
- Clean Driving Record Required
- Must have a current medical certificate or able to obtain.
- Possess Hazmat endorsement or the ability to obtain.
Responsibilities & Job Description:
- No weekends.
- Deliver products directly to customers or to branch locations.
- Load pre-picked orders for local deliveries.
- Previous warehouse and forklift experience desired, not required.
- This is a physically active position that requires Heavy Lifting. This position requires Heavy Lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Must be okay with heights as the warehouse portion of this position utilizes a Picker Forklift.
- Must be able to communicate professionally with customers and staff.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check required.
Salary : $27 - $29
