Cole Papers, a respected and long-standing family-owned company, is seeking 1 – 3 motivated Sales Representatives with a proven history in commission sales with experience in Packaging Materials and Supplies or Janitorial and Sanitation Products and Services for new positions located in the Upper Midwest.
- $50,000 - $100,000 salary plus a commission component depending on experience and current book of business.
- Car and cell phone allowances included.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Must have prior commission-based sales experience.
- Develop new customer relationships and accounts.
- Professionally represent Cole Papers and our core company values.
- Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions.
- Ability to work in a self-directed way.
- Must have good references and assessment test results will be taken into consideration.
- A college degree or some college, preferred.
- Prior experience with MS Office/outlook required.
- Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
