We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Portfolio Manager to lead our fluid handling portfolio. This is a key role within the organization, responsible for creating and delivering strategic plans that drive growth, profitability, and share gain.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with business goals and market needs
- Create and maintain product roadmaps prioritizing feature development and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis
- Lead the product development process for fluid handling, managing timelines and ensuring successful execution
- Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights and feedback to inform product decisions
Requirements:
- 5 years of progressive experience in product management/product development, marketing or strategic sourcing
- Prior commercial experience in a product management, sales, or marketing organization
- A technical background in science, engineering or research, with awareness of technology trends
- Industry-related experience in health, laboratory or life science markets
