Our hourly rate begins at $15, but this can vary depending on the specifics of each care case, not necessarily on caregiver experience. This base rate serves as a starting point, with potential adjustments based on the unique needs and complexities of each caregiving assignment. Some cases may pay up to $18 or more per hour, while others may be as low as $15 per hour.

As a CNA/Caregiver, you will be essential in delivering compassionate patient care and support to individuals in various settings, including long-term care facilities and assisted living environments. Your core skills in patient service, medical documentation, and knowledge of physiology will enable you to provide high-quality care while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document vital signs and changes in patient conditions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate medical documentation and patient records management.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient service in various settings, including long-term care and assisted living facilities.
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities and memory care needs, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
