Experienced Litigation Paralegal – Construction Litigation (On-Site | Miami, FL)

Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. (CSK) is seeking a skilled and driven paralegal to join our dynamic Miami office. If you thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment and have the expertise to assist attorneys in managing cases from start to finish, we’d love to hear from you!

To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must have the following:

• Certification: Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) designation or NALA Certified Paralegal (CP).
• 5 years of paralegal experience handling circuit court cases.
• 5 years working on first-party and/or construction litigation cases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Westlaw.
• Familiarity with Litify, iManage, or other case/document management software (preferred).
  
  

We seek experienced, self-starter and organized individuals, that can excel in a fast-paced environment and assist the attorneys handle cases from inception to trial. Responsibilities include, pretrial investigation, assistance with the discovery process and the preparation of the files for trial and trial attendance.

Please note that this is an ON-PREMISES position - Remote work is NOT offered. Please do not apply if you do not currently reside in South Florida.
