Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to two lawyers
- Handle all scheduling communication and maintain calendars with accuracy
- Locate and develop case relevant information
- Prepare routine correspondence and file/serve in accordance with court procedures
- Follow client guidelines and firm policies
- Follow Judge procedures for all submissions to the court
- Experience in legal assistance in insurance defense
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with law, legal procedures, scheduling and protocols
- Proficient filing documents on the Florida E-Portal
- Experience scheduling with Mediators/Experts/Adverse Parties/Courts/Vendors
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
