Therefore, we are seeking someone who first and foremost has a strong relationship with Christ that is evidenced in all aspects of their life.

Job Responsibilities

• Works with early childhood students ages 3-5 in a small group setting.
• Assists in daily routines such as eating, napping, toileting and activities.
• Assists teacher with classroom management, preparation of teaching materials such as copying and organizing.
• Supports the teacher with managing classroom behavior and promoting social-emotional development.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• A strong testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and evidence of faith in action.
• Desire to invest in and disciple students in their relationship with the Lord.
• Evidence of a teachable heart, humility, and a gentle spirit.
• Experience working with young children.
• Must be comfortable leading children at a small group center.
• Demonstrated ability to work in unity as part of a team, serving others.
  
  

Job Data

• Hours: Full-time
• Salary: Starts at $13.00 per hour. Actual salary is dependent on experience.
• Benefits: Eligible for health, life, disability and retirement plan.
• Tuition Discount: 50% discount on tuition. Does not include fees.
