JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: The basic function of an Online Sales Counselor is to assist the Lead Sales Agents in driving new home sales for Cole West units by interacting online and by phone with prospective home buyers and provide consistent documentation and follow up of prospects.

- Develop relationships with customers.
- Procure and follow up on sales leads for our communities.
- Network with realtors and competitors
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Complete accurate and timely contract paperwork
- Obtain and analyze market data critical for our communities to remain competitive.
- Strong computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Utah Real Estate license required or able to obtain one in a timely manner at the expense of Cole West.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years sale experience
- Self-starter and highly motivated
- Attention to detail.
