JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The basic function of the Sales Consultant is to manage all aspects of new home sales in all Cole West communities.
DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
- Proactive follow up with prospective buyers
- Provide timely and consistent follow through with current customer from initial contact to after closing.
- Keep accurate records of communication, sales contracts, change orders, etc.
- Utilize CRM to track and manage leads, traffic and appointments
- Host sales events including community grand openings, open houses, and other public events
- Achieve monthly/yearly sales goals as set by Division President
- Report traffic and sales numbers to leadership team weekly at minimum
- Assist Marketing Team in social media posts and interactions with potential buyers
- Coordinate and attend walk throughs with Construction Team and buyers
- Develop rapport with buyers who would be willing to participate in our marketing campaigns
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals including other real estate agents
- Assist in the maintenance of positive working relationships with subcontractors, customer material suppliers and other internal and external individuals having an interest in the success of the project
- Demonstrates confidence in identifying productivity issues and proactively resolving before the project or sale is negatively impacted
- Any other duties as requested by the Division President
EXPERIENCE
- Real Estate license required
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills both verbal & written with the ability to
- Great listening skills & creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to oversee multiple tasks at one time with high integrity and the ability to be a self-starter
- Excellent communication, team building, resource management and conflict resolution skills a must
- Strong negotiation skills to resolve potential issues with buyers, Construction Team and Marketing Team
- MS Office skills required, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and floor plans
- Strong public speaking ability
- Communicating clearly and succinctly
