Key responsibilities of a speech pathologist include: Evaluation: Conducting thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing difficulties, including articulation errors, language comprehension issues, voice problems, and swallowing impairments. Treatment Plan Development: Creating individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, setting achievable goals, and selecting appropriate therapy techniques. Direct Therapy Delivery: Providing therapy sessions to improve speech sounds, language skills, voice quality, fluency, and swallowing function through exercises, activities, and strategies. Supervision of speech paras: Supervise paraprofessionals working directly with students
