What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk Technician-2 position at Coleman American Companies, Inc?
Job Summary:
The Help Desk Technician will provide assistance to end users in the company with set up and maintenance of company equipment and software.
Essential Functions:
- Setup and maintain desktop systems including computer, printers, and voicemail
- Resolve help desk issues for end users
- Communicate with end users regarding help desk issues
- Relay issues to supervisors as needed in order to resolve end user issues
- Manage user logins, emails, and voicemail
- Prioritize help desk issues based on urgency and its effect on company goals
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of company software and systems
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task
- Good communication skills
Required Education and Experience:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems
- Preferred: Previous Information Systems experience
Working Conditions:
- Indoors
- Office Environment
- Sitting for long periods of time
- Lifting equipment less than fifty pounds
