We are seeking a social work and/or counseling individual to provide crisis intervention and counseling services to individuals in their natural environment, schools, emergency rooms, and various community settings. This is a full-time position and $2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS included!
Dependently Licensed: starts at $52,000/year
Independently Licensed: starts at $60,000/year
Duties include:
- Work with youth and families involved with Allen County Family Court as part of the Youth Mobile Response Team
- Triage, engagement, assessment, and trauma-informed behavioral health interventions to foster crisis resolution
- Service navigation and linkage, safety planning, follow-up care, family and community stakeholder collaboration
- Function as part of an interdisciplinary team and develop and maintain effective relationship with community professionals
Qualifications:
- LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC licensure
- Must be eligible for an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number
- Acceptable driving record
Preference given to the following candidates:
- Current LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC licensure
- Past or current work experience in an emergency room, community behavioral health or crisis intervention setting
- Past or current Experience in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and trauma informed care
