Job Duties

- Pay starts at $52,000 annually based on experience and licensure
- Potential sign on bonus up to $5,000

Job Duties
- Providing Counseling and Diagnostic Assessment services to youth and families up to age 26
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Maintaining appropriate documentation for services
- Master's degree and LPC/LPCC, LSW/LISW (or higher) licensure
- Willingness to get NPI and Medicaid billing number (we'll help!)
- Training in counseling-scope work with youth and families (3yrs experience preferred)
Salary : $400 - $52,000
