OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately proofing, processing, and posting sales orders, inventory transfers, input of daily inventory readings, along with researching and correcting discrepancies. Assist with monthly fuel and oil inventory counts, monthly balance sheet reconciliation, and maintain and update spreadsheets using advanced skills in Excel.
JOB DUTIES:
• Create sales orders and complete daily tank balancing procedures. Ensure all lube and fuel orders are billed within 24hours after delivery. Complete all tank balancing duties at the end of each working day.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and answering the phones promptly. Prepare orders for walk-in customers, get products from the warehouse for pick-up by customers, take orders over the phone, take payments, and assist customers by creating reports and receipts for their records.
• Research and correct discrepancies of daily sales and monthly lube inventories. Process C&R’s as necessary.
• Work closely with Operational Personnel and assist as needed.
• Maintain and update tank balancing and retail cash ledgers/spreadsheets, including but not limited to SQL reports, using Excel. Perform other duties, projects, etc. as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications
COMPENSATION:
Salary Range: $17.00 to $20.00 DOE

Days Off – Employees will accrue 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked, one personal day on the 1st of January each year and six paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
Other – Employees may be eligible for an annual bonus.
