Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health, aspires to improve the health and mental wellness of our communities through compassionate, evidence-based services and support. We seek a Chief Officer to organize, develop, and lead the clinical services delivered in Summit County, which includes psychiatry, case management, outpatient therapy, Intensive Home-Based Treatment, Mobile Response and Stabilization, and collaboration with multiple large systems and foundations that support and lead new initiatives. Duties include providing service growth, development, leadership, and clinical and administrative supervision, as well as planning, implementing, and monitoring budgets. This position is an in-office job located in our Akron, Ohio, office location.
Job Description Duties:
- Develop, grow, innovate, streamline, and provide oversight to current and future clinical services.
- Participate in continuous improvement structure and guidelines for certification of services and buildings.
- Organize, review and recommend policies and procedures.
- Complete personnel management via clinical and administrative supervision as well as performance evaluation monitoring
- Plan, implement, and monitor financial income and expense statements and meet goals for product contribution annually. Engage in review and development of annual budget.
- Meet with community organizations, partners, and collaborators both locally and on a state and national level.
- Maintain attendance and responsibilities to committees, board meetings and other commitments with the Summit County Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Board.

Qualified Candidates for Chief Officer
- Master's Degree, LPCC-S or LISW-S with 5 years supervisory experience in behavioral health
- Must have NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number
- Special consideration for those with senior-level leadership or experience managing multiple sites
- Maintain a clean driving record
