What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Heath Support Staff - FT/PT - Stark County position at Coleman Professional Services?
Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized nonprofit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We areseeking a dependable individual to work with people experiencing mental health issues in our Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). This position is in Canton, Ohio. Pay $16-18/hour.
Responsibilities include being able to work with a team for best treatment options, coordinating admissions and discharges, meal preparation, maintaining cleanliness of the unit, and providing ongoing support/education for the clients we serve, and their families as needed.
Behavioral Health Support Staff Qualifications: High school diploma is required. Must have and maintain excellent driving record. Experience in crisis intervention preferred. Prefer someone with a BA in related field experience in the mental health field. Candidates will be expected to complete a drug screen within 48 hours of an offer of employment.
