- This individual is responsible for identified business operations and behavioral health services in Fayette, Highland, Pike, Pickaway and Ross Counties, including the Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU), Adult Mobile Crisis teams, and Youth Mobile Response Stabilization Services.
