Job Summary:

Coleman’s Custom Floor Services is a continuously growing company located in Lancaster PA. We are seeking to hire FT Concrete Polisher to join our team. Must have1-3 years experience to be considered for the position .Competitive wages based on your experience. Basic mechanical skill is required along with having an attention to detail. MUST be reliable as attendance is a requirement.

Job Requirements:

* Must have valid driver's license & reliable transportation

* Must pass pre-employment / random drug screening

* Subject to State & Federal background checks

* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

* Must be willing to work an average of 50-53 hours weekly

* Occasional Saturday work and night work

*MUST BE EXPERIENCED in Concrete grinding, polishing, sealing and control joint caulking

Job Description:

* Perform general selective floor demolition using ride on machinery and cleanup work

* Operation of basic hand tools and small power tools

*Concrete grinding, polishing, sealing and control joint caulking
