Landscape Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and tree care, along with excellent leadership skills. This role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the landscaping crew to ensure efficient project execution.
• Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of gardens and lawns.
• Build and maintain various landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality expectations.
• Train new team members on best practices in landscaping techniques and equipment use.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Skills

• Proficient in lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members effectively.
• Knowledge of tree care practices including pruning, planting, and disease management.
• Experience in building landscape features and maintaining garden aesthetics.
• Ability to supervise multiple projects while ensuring quality control.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and their maintenance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150.00 - $200.00 per day
