Job Summary:

The Help Desk Technician will provide assistance to end users in the company with set up and maintenance of company equipment and software.

Essential Functions:

  • Setup and maintain desktop systems including computer, printers, and voicemail
  • Resolve help desk issues for end users
  • Communicate with end users regarding help desk issues
  • Relay issues to supervisors as needed in order to resolve end user issues
  • Manage user logins, emails, and voicemail
  • Prioritize help desk issues based on urgency and its effect on company goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of company software and systems
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good communication skills

Required Education and Experience:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems
  • Preferred: Previous Information Systems experience

Working Conditions:

  • Indoors
  • Office Environment
  • Sitting for long periods of time
  • Lifting equipment less than fifty pounds
