Our law firm is growing quickly and looking for a dedicated full-time estate planning paralegal to handle estate planning and related duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent professional communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and strong work ethic. We are looking for a candidate who can meet the following requirements:3 to 5 years of experience with estate planning. Estate planning for clients with a potentially taxable estate is a plus.Experience with probate is a plus.Ability to perform legal research at the request and guidance of the attorney.Ability to draft complex estate planning documents.Ability to work well with a team, and to interact with clients.Must be well organized.Must be willing to work in the office. This position is not remote and requires physical attendance.
