Colfax Nursing and Rehab is a 140 bed long term care facility. We are seeking an extremely detail-oriented individual to join our team as an medication administration nurse. The ideal candidate for this position has experience in the areas of patient assessment and medication administration.
Responsibilities:
- Nursing assessments
- Medication administration
- Daily nurses notes charting. .
- Monitor patient's progress toward achieving goals that are participating in OT, PT and ST.
- Resolve problems that patients may have regarding the care and treatment plans.
- Communicate with healthcare staff on changes in resident condition.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
