CP Skin Health is seeking a
Regional Educatorto join our Education team. Regional Educators' (RE) primarily goal is to support through education by working closely with their territorys Regional Manager and Business Development Representatives to strategically deliver education that leads to overall business growth within the region.You will travel within your region to conduct educational presentations and other events. Regional Educators will customize each training to meet the specific business objectives of each customer while creating the ideal adult learning environment to ensure information retention, customer loyalty and brand awareness. Planning and achieving the clear objectives set by the accounts Business Development Representative and / or Regional Manager will be crucial to your success.
KPIs may include account growth that exceeds the overall growth of our professional business post-seminar, increased SKU count and / or usage and increased new account acquisition, average opening order value, independent contractor mentoring and monthly / annual goals set forth by the Senior Director of Education.

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office / market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and / or Stock Options.
