Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive salary ranging from $66,000 to $101,500 USD per annum, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
The comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance plans. Employees are also eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements.
