Our client is a leader in providing workplace solutions across multiple industries, with a construction team responsible for overseeing both in-house and third-party general contractors to deliver high quality workplace improvements. The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring tenant satisfaction by understanding and aligning with the tenant's project vision and objectives. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle—from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring timely delivery within the client’s established budget. Key responsibilities include overseeing contractual and specification compliance, advising on constructability, upholding quality standards, and fostering team collaboration to achieve project success.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Assumes project responsibility from preconstruction through closeout to include but not limited
to client relations, subcontractor relations, constructability, team collaboration, project
schedule, reports and budgets. Sets up and maintains all documents that pertain to the project
