Job title: Agile Scrum Master ( Data Science & Medical Devices)
Location: Chicago, IL 60064 (3 day on-site in a week)
PR : $62-65/hr
**NOT LOOKING FOR A PROJECT MANAGER**
**Looking for**
- scrum master who has worked either with data science or machine learning or AI/ML
- looking for someone who has worked in pharmaceutical companies or life science company or medical device company or any kind of medical industry
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
- Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices.
- Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Coordinate and compile regular project output and reports for leadership and facilitate project reviews.
- Act as a liaison between data science-focused AI group and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field field. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Experience in data science, machine learning projects, or medical device development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional team collaboration.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the medical device industry (if applicable).
